To whom it may concern, Naitik profiled himself as very valuable and capable team member in a very short time period. In his position on the team dedicated to the external interface, he already proved himself to be highly reliable, quick learning, and an outstanding team member. Our interface is build with Angular4 supported by RestAPIs. He as most of his teammates inherited a difficult codebase, which does not deter him from taking up and completing tasks in a very favorable time frame. The team would not be as productive without him. He has the unique ability to turn adversity into a fertile atmosphere for the entire team.

Naitik has pioneered himself as an experienced and skilled UI developer for the team. He has a deep understanding of UI designs, along with good backend skills. He has worked extensively on Angular 5 advanced techniques like Observables, caching and RouteGuards to optimize the website. He also developed an interactive dashboard using advanced data visualizations. He is a team player providing innovative ideas and can take up challenging tasks and finish them efficiently in time.

I worked with Naitik during his assignment at Colgate . It was related to assisting a newly formed Testing Centre of which I am a core member. As a part of the team who helped Naitik stood out distinctive bringing lot of ideas, readiness to execute them and commitment to action. He showed conviction in his thoughts and independence in the tasks given to him. Further his.focus on his internal development and balanced life makes him worry free giving full scope to perform. I will describe him as a raw diamond which just needs an opportunity to get polished so that it can shine to its potential. He was definitely a valuable contributor who went out of his limit to help us. Last but not the least he knows lot of new technologies and can easily put them to use in any project.

Naitik is technically very strong and has good learning attitude. He has strong presentation skills and is being working hard to be functionally stronger. Had good time when we worked together.

I know Naitik as the CS undergrad student in from the batch of 2012-2016. As a student, he exhibited wide range of skills in academic as well as non academic setup. I taught him Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms and can surely tell about his in depth understanding and profound technical skills in this subjects! He is a bright student. I remember the E-Learning portal he had developed in his final year project which showed his proficiency in skills like Web Development, Mobile computing and Data Mining. Apart from the technical projects, he was involved in placement activities very actively for his batch during final year and was also an active member of various student bodies. I can say he is a person with strong technical abilities and good interpersonal skills and believe that he can rise to any task assigned and do exceedingly well!
